Owner Surrender Form
Here at Furry Friends of the Foothills we also accept owner surrender under certain circumstances. We are not a shelter and do not have a facility. All our Furry Friends are placed in Foster homes until they are adopted. We are not here to place your animal that you have neglected to take care of and/or properly train. We are a Rescue so please keep this in mind when submitting this application. Please contact us with your information about your pet by typing "Surrender" in the subject line and a brief description of your animal and the reason for surrender in the message body above before submitting the Surrender Form to Furry Friends of the Foothills.
